Cancellation after paid deposit

If a stay is canceled more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit of NOK 1.000 per stay is refunded. participant minus an administration fee of NOK 300. In other words, NOK 700 of the NOK 1.000 is refunded from the deposit.

Alternatively, we offer that the deposit can apply to another date.

Cancellation after payment of the balance

If you cancel your stay between 14 and 0 days before arrival, there is no refund.

When you participate in our stay, you automatically give consent that pictures and films may be taken and used for social media/advertising.

All dealings on the farm and with the animals are carried out own responsibility.

Force majeure

Krogbækgaard is not liable for damages due to force majeure, whereby i.a. means: war or threat of war, insurrection, riots, terrorist activities or threat of terrorism, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics and pandemics, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events beyond our control.
