Menu
The breakfast buffet is with home-baked buns, cold meats, soft-boiled eggs, vegetables, cheese plate, fruit, yoghurt and muesli. Three different types of juice, tea and coffee.
The lunch buffet is a classic Danish lunch with, for example, rye bread, homemade liver pâté, lamb roll sausage, wild boar sausage, beef sausage, homemade tuna salad, hard-boiled eggs, herring, cheese plate, vegetables and fruit.
Different types of home baked goods will be served every day cakes.
The evening buffet is not determined outside the summer holiday period, but usually consists of a selection of what is served in the summer.
The farm is self-sufficient with meat from lamb, cattle and outside wild boar. In addition, we have easy access to fresh fish and shellfish. In addition, plenty of green side dishes and home-baked bread are always served.
During the summer holiday period there is a whole fixed menu, which is also open to guests from outside on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Monday: Lasagna
Tuesday: Lamb from own breeding
Wednesday: Wild boar from own breeding
Thursday: Fish and shellfish
Friday: Barbecue with own or local meat
All meals are included in the accommodation price.
We take allergens into account, provided this will be stated upon registration.
Drinking:
Various soft drinks, beer, special beer and wine can be bought here.
There is 1 can of soft drink/beer included per day.
If you want to buy something else, write this in "the yellow folder" and pay for it on departure.
Our rooms
In the "Camp" below there are:
2 pcs. 6 guest rooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
4 pcs. 3 single rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
In the “Camp” upstairs there are:
2 pcs. 2 single rooms with 2 single beds.
1 piece. 3 person room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
Toilet and shower are available in the corridor both upstairs and downstairs in the "Camp".
Outside approx. 20 meters from the "Camp" there are 4 cabins with 2 single beds and 1 cabin with bunk beds with room for 4 people.
All cabins have a view over the fields. If you live in a cabin, you use the toilet and shower in the "Camp".
If you register alone, you automatically get a single room. See prices for a single room under each type of stay.
You will receive a copy of the registration form by mail, which means that the registration has gone through. You will later receive final confirmation of your booking. Your reservation is only valid when we have confirmed your registration by email.
